*NIB:	everyone she crosses in the street seems to be a tourist unable to
	help her.

*NIB:	in the crowd she suddenly notices a policeman and asks him the way.

*NIB:	he patiently gives her detailed instructions about how to get
	there.

*NIB:	half an hour later after having followed them carefully she finds
	herself back at the train station.

	policeman for instructions she thinks.

*NIB:	she thinks while eating a cold sandwich of the type sold in all
	train stations.
